Maggie Bulin of the Emergency Preparedness Division explained that the grant pays for an employee to make site visits to businesses and facilities in the city that handle and store quantities of hazardous materials to verify that conditions are as reported in their required federal reporting forms.  Council Member Lee requested a copy of the list of reporting sites.
